1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ExamguruX website, apps and services provided by ExamguruX Learning Technologies. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Last updated 28 July 2026.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use ExamguruX for your own lawful, personal preparation. You may not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our questions, solutions or other content; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; or share paid access in violation of your plan.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change with notice. Paid plans grant access for the stated exam(s) and period. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Content accuracy and exam disclaimer
We work hard to keep questions, patterns and marking accurate and up to date, and each exam page shows when it was last updated. However, exam patterns, cut-offs, dates and eligibility are set by the official conducting bodies and can change. Cut-offs, marks-to-rank maps and similar figures on the platform are indicative and for guidance only.
Always verify current, authoritative details on the official website of the relevant conducting body before making decisions. ExamguruX is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any examination authority.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, design and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use them for your personal preparation only.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of any examination. Your preparation and results depend on many factors beyond our control.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
