The Maharashtra Public Service Commission's flagship State Services (Rajyaseva) examination selects candidates for Class I and Class II administrative posts in the Government of Maharashtra — including Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tahsildar, Block Development Officer and other gazetted officer posts.

What is the MPSC Rajyaseva exam?

The MPSC State Services examination, popularly called Rajyaseva, is the Maharashtra Public Service Commission's premier recruitment exam for gazetted Class I and Class II officer posts in the state administration. Successful candidates become Deputy Collectors, Deputy Superintendents of Police, Tahsildars, Block Development Officers, Naib Tahsildars, Sales Tax Inspectors and hold other administrative and revenue posts across Maharashtra.
