The Gujarat State Service examination through which the Gujarat Public Service Commission recruits gazetted Class 1 and Class 2 officers for the state administration — Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP), District Registrar, Mamlatdar, Taluka Development Officer and many other cadres in the Government of Gujarat.
