ESIC Upper Division Clerk (UDC) is the Employees' State Insurance Corporation's recruitment exam for clerical-cadre posts in its own establishment — the headquarters, regional and sub-regional offices, ESIC hospitals, model hospitals and dispensaries spread across the country. The selection has three parts: a Preliminary examination, a Main examination and a computer skill test. English Comprehension rewards basic grammar, vocabulary and reading skill. Because every wrong answer costs a quarter mark, disciplined attempting matters: solve what you know quickly and avoid blind guesses.
