About the CSEET exam
The entrance test for the Company Secretary (CS) course. Passing it allows registration for CS Executive.
How these mocks help
There are 20 full Paper 4 tests on the 60 + 40 split. They cover the Indian Contract Act, the Companies Act, 2013, the Sale of Goods, Partnership, Negotiable Instruments and Arbitration Acts, and principles of management, marketing and business finance.
Numerical accounting, cost and financial-management problems are generated fresh for each mock, so they never repeat. Standards, sections and concept questions come from curated, verified pools. Once a pool is used up its questions can come back in later mocks, but a question never appears twice in the same mock. Tax questions stick to stable concepts and section numbers rather than rates and slabs that change each year.

From June 2026 ICSI conducts CSEET offline over four days: Business Communication, Fundamentals of Accounting and Economic & Business Environment are descriptive papers of 3 hours each. Paper 4, Business Laws & Management, is an OMR paper of 100 one-mark questions in 2 hours: Part A Business Laws (60) and Part B Business Management (40), with no negative marking. These mocks cover Paper 4. Numerical accounting, cost and financial-management problems are generated fresh for each mock, so they never repeat.
